Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need
For the Dough:
- 1 1/4 Cups Warm Water
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 3 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour(keep a little extra for dusting surfaces)
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
For The Sauce and Toppings:
- 1 Can Tomato Pasta Sauce(use enough to get a thin layer of sauce on your pizzas)
- Mozzarella Cheese(grate enough to fully cover your pizzas)
- 1 lb of boneless Tandoori Chicken, or other flavors like Jerk or Peri Peri Chicken
Instructions
- Sprinkle the sugar and yeast into the warm water and let sit for 10 minutes until bubbles form. Make sure the water is warm or else this won't work.
- In a bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well-shaped hole in the mixture and add the oil in. Begin mixing with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms
- Put the dough onto a counter top and knead for 12 minutes, until the dough is soft and smooth.
- Grease a bowl with oil and put the dough in. Cover it with plastic wrap and let sit for a couple hours to overnight.
- Put the dough onto a floured workplace and knead for a minute. Shape into a ball and cut into 2-4 balls(2 regular sized pizzas or 4 small pizzas).
- Shape the dough into rounds, lightly flour, and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to as high as you can, between 450-500 F. Put a baking sheet in to heat it up so you can get a nice crust.
- Cook the boneless Tandoori Chicken, either in a pan, a grill, or an airfryer(20 minutes in the airfryer)!
- Take out your dough and probe it with your fingers. It should press in and form bubbles, but not deflate. Grate all the cheese.
- Press out the dough, and stretch it out with your hands or a rolling pin. Make it thin, as it will puff up and shrink when it bakes.
- Flour an upside down baking sheet, and place the dough onto the sheet. Cover the dough with a thin layer of sauce.
- Cover with cheese, and add whatever toppings you'd like, along with the cooked chicken. We recommend onions and peppers with the chicken!
- To put it into the oven, slide the pizza onto the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Once its done, garnish however you want and Enjoy!
