Ingredients:
For this recipe, you will need to use our 8oz Rib-eye Steaks:
- 3-4 of our 8oz Rib-eye steaks
- 1 1/2 lb Baby Yellow Potatoes, Quartered
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Butter, divided
- 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- Salt and fresh cracked pepper
- Crushed red chili pepper flakes, optional
For the Marinade:
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cut your steak into thin slices, against the grain. Combine the slices with soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, and hot sauce. Let marinade while you cook the potatoes.
- In a skillet over medium high heat, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil and butter. When the butter melts, add the potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway until they are golden brown and tender. Set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter, the garlic, red chili pepper flakes, and fresh herbs to the skillet. Cook the steak strips, setting aside the marinade liquid for later. Cook the steak for 1 minute each, until nicely browned.
- Before the steak is finished cooking, you can add the marinade liquid and cook for a minute. Add the potatoes back to the skillet and cook through. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
- Remove from the heat and serve immediately and garnish with more crushed chili pepper and fresh heat. Enjoy!
