Cook Time: 15 Mins

For this recipe, you will need to use our 8oz Rib-eye Steaks:

  • 3-4 of our 8oz Rib-eye steaks
  • 1 1/2 lb Baby Yellow Potatoes, Quartered
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Butter, divided
  • 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • Crushed red chili pepper flakes, optional

For the Marinade:

  • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • Black Pepper, to taste

  1. Cut your steak into thin slices, against the grain. Combine the slices with soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, and hot sauce. Let marinade while you cook the potatoes.
  2. In a skillet over medium high heat, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil and butter. When the butter melts, add the potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway until they are golden brown and tender. Set aside.
  3. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter, the garlic, red chili pepper flakes, and fresh herbs to the skillet. Cook the steak strips, setting aside the marinade liquid for later. Cook the steak  for 1 minute each, until nicely browned.
  4. Before the steak is finished cooking, you can add the marinade liquid and cook for a minute. Add the potatoes back to the skillet and cook through. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  5. Remove from the heat and serve immediately and garnish with more crushed chili pepper and fresh heat. Enjoy!
