Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 2 LBS Chicken Thighs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil
  • 1 TBSP Paprika
  • 2 Onions, diced
  • 1 cup of Carrots, julienned & cooked
  • 2 Peppers, cut into long strips
  • 2 cups of Soya Sauce
  • Rice, to serve
Method:
  1. Wash the chicken. After washing, cut into 1-inch cubes
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat some oil and begin stir-frying the onions
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika
  4. Once the onions are golden brown and caramelized, add in the cooked carrots, peppers, and soya sauce
  5. In a separate saucepan, cook the chicken pieces and then add them to the original pan
  6. Let the mixture simmer, and wait for the soya sauce to thicken, then serve over rice
